Focus in the project is on making onboarding of business units as easy as possible. This includes well defined processes, simple and efficient workflows, well designed user experience and guidance to make onboarding as smooth as possible. The Employee Center Portal gets extended frequently with easy-to-access catalog items that result in automatically fulfilled processes.

The solution implemented is based on HaloITSM. The solution has been implemented in a 3 month period. Via a couple of workshops relevant client information has been collected and configured in the system. After that the client was trained to work on the system themselves to finalize the work.

Client is now working on a professional service management solution that is compliant with ISA3402. The transition to HaloITSM was flawless, without any impact on service delivery.
